Noda Source of Watersupply

It was built in order to solve the probem of water shortage because there wasn't a big river in Aioi city. It had sent water from April in 1939 to May in 1979. In 1986, using the estate of it, they built a watersupply tower whose height is 51.8 meters (the second highest in Japan). At the same time of building the tower, Noda source of watersupply was reformed and started to send water. It can send water to the northern half area of Ibogawa city.

Now many people enjoy walking or jogging around there. And in the season of cherry blossoms, many people come there.
